No hike, no management , and staffs are not free hand for doing their own work.

Absolutely lowest amongst the lowest colleges in Lucknow. Only good thing about this place is few of their faculty which are dedicated for the students. Rest no likes no advantages

Dislikes

The worst management team I have ever worked with. Management led by the illiterate Alok Khare who poses as the registrar, is dishonest, immoral and very unprofessional. There is an elaborate act going on with Alok Khare playing the role of puppeteer and the rest of the teachers and students acting as his stooges. If he could, he'd spit in your face just for breathing. Chairman, albeit concerned about his organization, is quite passive and operates like a mere puppet of the registrar. And right under the chairman's nose, the registrar is admitting ineligible students and collecting money from them directly rather than depositing them in the college's bank account. Anyone who dares to speak out will be shown the door the next day. Everything about this college is a facade. And don't even get me started about the salary. There are hardly ever any increments. Max. they do is increase salary by Rs. 500 in every four years. So if you are lucky and work eight years there you'll probably get an increment of 1000rs.
