In my year of working at Sharda World School Agra, I found the experience to be quite disappointing due to various factors. The leadership team exhibited poor qualities, often making false promises during the recruitment process and demonstrating a lack of clear vision for the school's growth. Unfortunately, opportunities for personal and professional development were scarce. I must mention that the Principal's behavior left much to be desired. His unprofessional conduct, marked by shouting, screaming, and frequent temper outbursts towards both staff and students, created a negative environment. This attitude was reflected in the team they assembled, which in my view, was not of a desirable standard. The school's claim of being an international or world-class institution fell short, as many local teachers struggled with English fluency, potentially impacting the quality of education provided. Regrettably, the school's approach appeared to compromise the future of the students. The lack of exposure for both staff and students hindered their growth and learning experiences. I also observed that salary hikes seemed to be influenced by favoritism, rather than a fair and transparent evaluation of employees' contributions. In summary, my time at Sharda World School Agra was marked by disappointments in leadership, unprofessional conduct, and a perceived lack of commitment to delivering on promises.
