SHANDAR gives good opportunity and working environment to employees with good exposure to develop their skills and express. Everyone's contribution gets rewarded here. Company is like a growing tree... never force anybody to be with. If someone have good opportunity, can move on. While working they take care of professional and social responsibilities too. Salary gets credited on date.

Dislikes

Being a socialist directors tries to keep connection with everyone in the company which breaks hierarchy and professional ethics. People from non relevant background are leading to the relevant. Expenses/conveyance payment process is too lengthy and outdated system. Unorganised in few processes. Demands extra working hours/efforts.
