I feel that the current work culture is somewhat different . For instance, many people avoid doing tasks themselves and pass them on to others. they focus on shifting responsibility and finding ways to trap others instead of taking accountabolity. this is my personal opinion.

Our MD sir is a very kind-hearted person. He believes that our unity can enrich our work. My colleagues are very helpful in my work.

Dislikes

There is no fixed work schedule in our marketing department, which is resulting in poor general life and health.
