One thing that I didn't like about senco that is if the company wants a sincere employee for their company plz don't took in trainee period bcoz if one employee was joined in your company it's mean he/she will too much needy that's how he/she will did not get the benefits as a permanent employee got sooo plz it's my heartily requestplz change this trainee period policy its too much demotivate to a sincere employee as he/she wants to work with u in right way and a positive way For me it's too much demotivate to me for working as a trainee. There is no extra increment after qualifying the assessment.after many mails and follow up not getting any response . Managers are helpless to take any actions on staffs those are very casual attitude.
