Too many dislikes. Mamangement is very poor. Full of politics. Segula usually hires when they have business & fires when they have no business. Only few short terms projects they have. They do not offer promotions instead they usually cancel the shift allowances. Toxic work culture Bad Management Guilty Politics in office The work culture was incredibly toxic, with constant micromanagement and a lack of respect for employees' well-being. Communication was poor, and there was little to no support or recognition for hard work.
