Schindler just like a "Lala" ka company. There is no rules of regulations as per MNC standard. Immediately sacks employees without any notice. HR department just like a worthless. Schindler is not a employees oriented company as well as otis, kone, and Tk. This company came at india 1999 but till date not a single employees retired as the same.
