Promises are very big but after many year salary is same, when i ask for promotion MD sayscompany is only surviving, but actullay spending lot of money in expansion and land purchasing, MD himself was in Jail for a month as he is not a honest man

Dislikes

No incentives, No Appritiation, and hard works as treated as same as daily labour

At initial stage they'll show like they'll provide you balanced work-life but as soon as you'll become the part of the organization they'll force you to work overtime without any extra pay. You'll have to be on site more then required period of time.

Dislikes

Culture, Bosses, commitment never kept, no job security, no work-life balance.
