1. Poor Work Culture. 2. Improper Organisation Structure 3. No Proper Teaching from Seniors. 4. Lot of dependencies for even a small work. 5. Never Let junior to shine much. Seniors only exists to point the violation of rules only after Violation occurred. No precautionary measures is taken early. 6. Incapable seniors who have talent and knowledge but contribute less and slow in progress. 7. Inefficient Managers. 8. Nothing won't improve until that Hippopotamus and Platypus exists. 9. They Hire Engineers and Technicians only for doing their Household works. 10. They Create / Buy Products only for the Laziness. 11. Often Changing Rules and Regulation as they wish. 12. Long Notice Period of 90 days for smaller roles too. 13. With 90 days long Notice period, they are inefficient to provide "Reliving Order and Full & Final settlement" on last working day. 14. Low paid salary for every Roles. you can get higher pay only if your requirement is highly recommended. if you need to get high salary wait for your time like the Platypus.
