Bangalore plat is a disaster, unqualified management and managers, who think themselves as Messiahs. These people have no idea about global management but pro Max in cheap politics and nepotism. They hire close relatives to their team and promote them within a year. Deserving people just get team lunch. One person crippled the the complete BPS System Engineering team with his head weight and politics. HR is snake without teeth, helpless and useless.
