Dislikes

Manger of my Dept and his Management skills are completely unprofessional, Wok/Performance is not appreciated. Instead buttering and favoritism is valued. Biased decision and culture is followed. Bad Salary & Growth opportunities. You will never get a chance to show your capabilities.
