No Job security Poor Managment Poor work Culter No SOP Don't have any ethics. Don't trust on empolyess. Poor decision maker Taking lots of time for decision and it's cause delayed in process and lots of business. No proper business planning. They don't know how to run business. Company not growing since last many years.
