I worked here for almost 12 months and that was the worst year of my career, Mr. Saklikar is a highly unprofessional and a problematic individual. He does not have the basic decency to have communication with this employees and treats them like trash. He indulges in office politics and pitting employees against each other. He is the 3rd generation and has followed the legacy of his renowned father. A generous being , very helpful to all . Work environment is conducive with strong teamwork.
