The organisation is been running like proprietorship concern. No proper management. Employees moral is very low. You don't get bonus, increment, etc. You can't even expect a box of sweet on occasion of Diwali. Salaries are given late around 20-25 days after month end. sometime you get only 50% of salary. Salary to most of the employees are given from third party. which they do not inform during interview. No Earned Leave....Read More
