Job security & Salary received on time. You will never be remove from your position until unless you are illegal activities.

Dislikes

1st - Never appreciate your work by the management. 2nd- Your salary will never Increase even you work for a year 3rd- Learning prospective is very low . If you are working in a HSE department than on site you have to deal with every problem without someone to help. Example - You will work as a labour, supervisor, Foreman. 4rd- Site management is not supportive
