As per my experience earlier it was a place were I got the opportunity to grow and learn professionally after the herircy changed and Stina got country head .It got horrible I got fired without any notice and valid reason.I was forced and asked to leave .After serving 5 Years in Rusta if a employee who was loyal ,honest and dedicated towards the firm got kicked out just because of politics. If the head of the company is biased and taking decision as per her choice not professionally how can a person feel satisfied and survive.Too much politics no respect for hard work and honesty No appreciation .If you ask for cretaria of checking professional growth then no answer.
