Company doesn't know how to treat with Freshers or the meaning of Probation. Team Leader and Admin don't know how to train fresher. They act like freshers as experience , I dislike company policy and her task. Thanks a lot of god take decision quickly otherwise I loss other opportunity also. Don't join as a freshers.

Dislikes

As a content writer I work here only 6 days during Probation Period time but my Team Leader Sub.. Chtji... and Admin terminate from the job due to some Grammar mistake in content. No any warning or email given to improve by Admin and Team Leader. Last day at work time admin call to office say you are terminate. Company why not hire experience employee only. I work here only 6 day, I try to improve my work everyday but only one day my task is over due and My Team Leader threaten to me, and next day negative feedback to admin and genius admin take immediate action and terminate from job without any
