Duty timing is the big problem.any time they call u to come duty .some times duty hours goes long . The staff supervisor is weak to manage the staff in a smart way .also supervisor take lightly the staff problems .some time behaviour of supervisor towards staff is also not good . There is a big issue in palace which I personally face that is injustice without investigation.i faced this situation when i was working in palace .not everyone there is some mudeers who are doing this kind of problem with staff....Read More
