I don't like when the manager said to us if Retail is not good they will fire you,From Head Office Someone will come and on the spot i saw so many people fire.. Make them scare instead of making them want to do more retail and try our best giving lots of stress and depression its effect to health also...So many people wants to comehere if anyone didn't do good retail i will report and call who can make good retail and bullying in front of all the staff it was happen in my Second Contract .. And they laughing at me when the first time i join and the first drill because i don't know my station cause no one didn't show me.. We as a human we don't have same Mind set.. When Some People take it easily some people do suicide.. Some people Understand easily but some people don't understand easily... Some people need beat to make them good but some people need just a word...Read More
