The management is very understanding. Good culture and not your typical Indian company. The HR is very friendly and will be your good friend after joining in. The company has a solid base of business and standing strong in International markets.

Dislikes

The majority of the clientele comes from Europe which makes it uneasy sometimes to take calls at off timings but this isn't a very big factor. Only sometimes.

The company Riseoo is managed by two young and energetic people who are very cooperative and helpful. The company has a clear vision and realistic plan to get reach the goal. Another good part of the company is the salaries are paid on time and the appraisals are happening once in a year.

Dislikes

Sometimes the request to deliver the work in short notice makes me nervous

Work Details

I am working as a project manager in the company. My duty is to make sure that the project and its related operations are running smoothly as well as report to the Tech Lead of the company.
