You report directly to partners . They really assist you in completion of assignment. No Hierarchy issues as such which are faced in corporates

Dislikes

Cost cutting in small thing. Dedn from salary of interns. No pay or comp-off for overtime. Limited scope and role opportunity. Saturday working No perks
