Dislikes

Compare to kind of work and work load, employees are less here and management should increase the number of employees. Transportation service is not there, Laptops/Mobile should be given to all. Salary is also not proper and should be increased. Team gets changed without prior information

Its a very well structured organisation with huge learnings for each and every employee working here. The organisation is open to suggestions and also implement the same. The growth plans are shared with each and every employee irrespective of designation. Each an every employee is treated important and encouraged to work towards the growth of the organisation.
