Bad company culture No policy for this so called MNC. if you ask for policies you will be fired. Zero employee friendliness No HR, admin or operations team. Owners themselves operate the email ids of HR and admin to threaten employees.. Terminated 29 employees in last 7 months No one has got a clear exit from this company Bad pay masters. All people terminated have been asking for salaries till date Micro sorry nano management will be done by owners. They even count the cups of coffee you have in a day and if it’s more than 3 you need to pay for it. Job stability = 0 Work life balance= 0 Work distribution and hierarchy =0 Your individual Work responsibility = kabhi kuchh - kabhi kuchh Your work credit = tum to kuchh karte hi nahi ho. Overall worst company to work with specially if you are a women. They expect you, if you don't then they start torturing you. Mentally harass you. Ultimately you have to leave the company.
