Salary - Average I have been working in this company since January 2022 but my salary still 22k only Promotion - Poor my opportunity was given to another person whose don't know about my product he is onroll as a deputy manager and I am still consultant.

Work policy: I am working at work from home but working in Monday to Saturday including week days off like Saturday

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Whatever you do, Whatever your performance in organisation or Whatever Value you add it doesnot matter to senior management for your growth. They don't care even if you have overachieved your targets by 200% they can give ratings and upraisalas and promotion to a person who have achieved only 50%. HR is unavailable in Company even after 2.5 yrs I don't know who is my HR contact person.
