There are various things which i like about 1. The hR of the company is not at all supportive. The only support people of higher authority 2. The people sitting at higher authority have no idea how to respect people who are working in their team 3 The process here is so lengthy and even the operation doesnt pick the call

Top Most Management in this company is worst; decision-making skills are very low Salary packages are very low for junior profiles but there work load is huge as compared with there senior profiles.
