The initial days of the company looked promising. They had a vision and was on the right track. Timley crediting the salary being a startup with poor finance and management should be applauded. LOL.

Dislikes

Arrogant CEO's office. Arrogance came from the quick money they made selling Tapchief to Munjal. Management which is clueless. Poor execution of plans across departments and levels. Poor forecasting. Poor strategy designing (No risk management, no risk assessment). Dumb people sitting in higher/executive positions across departments.

I don't like because, promoted on 3rd June, Joined office at from two week leter. Got fired onn30th June. Said need to write resignation pr other wise we gona terminate you.

Dislikes

No culture, No timing commitment. Not a single batch is finished and get reasult of geting job after taking relevel course. Very unpredective, what will happen with you on very next day even you don't know.

Work Details

Very bad, being a top performer of tech categorie pan india, got pressurized resignation only because of one customer escalation. Even said sorry with the both customer and the management, insisted to give me back my job but they didn't.
