I developed more accounting skills through my office work.

Dislikes

The role is mostly beneficial for office tasks, studying, and work progress. However, opportunities for job security or promotion seem limited.

Likes

The fellow trainees were great and a good source of comfort.

Dislikes

The trainees are not even given minimum wage. They are expected to work 9 hours for Rs. 100 a day. There's only one paid leave a month. The communication between the top and the lower level employees is terrible. If we speak out against their practices, they will terminate you.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
