Likes

Good working culture although some places still require improvement. Fantastic team with whom I worked. 2 days weekly off which compensates for the daily work of 10 hours.

Dislikes

Short sightedness of the Higher Management. Inability to retain people by timely incentives and increments. Concentrated decision making which is harmful to any organization as it tends to be biased and prejudiced.
