The overall work structure and owner are very flexible. We dont feel like we are doing job,they boost us to grow with them in a very friendly manner.

Dislikes

At times being a small and new startup,we face admidsion issues. The number of children getting admittee are less and I think the management whould look into their ad-campaign or hire a good PR team.
