Very bad place to work. They give clerical work to the professionals. Very poor management and misuse of professional skills. Despite expressing concerns about the mismatch between the qualifications and the assigned duties the response from management and the Managing director was disrespectful and unhelpful. As a professional seeking work environment, I would recommend never to join this company. It's disheartnening to see Team leader who are unwilling to listen to their team members and adapt their practices to better utilize their talents.
