a. Workload vs Study Balance Not Possible, b. Work-Life Balance not possible due to far away client places from office location, averaging 2.5-3 Hrs Total Daily commute, c. Quality and Quantity of Training to Articles missing (For Initial Days) which leads to pressure of workload in assignments directly, d. Reimbursement Issues, 2-3months for processing the claims, e.
