Work stress limited to work place only. Salary comes on the fixed time. No delay in salary credit.

Dislikes

0% job security. They can dismiss you whenever they get angry on you irrespective of the fault (whether it is your fault or not). They can insult you any where any time whether you are a staff or a surgeon.
