Hire and fire policy In a month they will hire 20 people they fire 25, if you join you can see only 3-4 old employee including HODs. No increments Kindly don't join this if you want long term commitment

Less Proxy , it's good. Timing also good. Teacher's workload also good.

Dislikes

Every Saturday working for teachers. Sandwich holiday - deduct your salary. No holiday - it means you need holiday supposed Saturday took holiday so deduct your salary Sunday also. So it's not good.
