Very flexible and stress free work hours. Work flow is also smooth and at the same time there is no pressure so you can work with a calm mind. Also in this time of recession this is one of those rare companies that are taking in freshers so it's really worth it if you want in the software development role. During the beginning of training period you can experiment between frontend and backend and see for yourself what suits you best, which is also the reason the interviewers will ask you questions from other programming languages....Read More

Dislikes

It is a startup that started in March, 2023. Being a new company it's still in it's development phase and also includes a BOND of 30000 which will be returned after a year of contract with the company, which is understandable. Time period to come on payroll is 100 working/training days which is too long.
