Company is now a sinking ship. Layoff already started More number of employees resigned recently. Company doesn't have any projects in future months. The major reason for the crisis is poor management. The management implement Muhammed bin Tuglaq reforms and policies. There cost reduction methods are utter flop. Managers favouriteemployee will get only good hike remain all get poor increment. They are not revised the salary still 2023....Read More

Salary increment of above 12% every year till now. When company performace is good we can expect even 18%. 2 way cabs for free. Onsite opportunity.
