You can't expect better salary. The workload will be high for new users and the senior will not help if they asked. Most of the senior will not work properly, they know how to achieve target by using tricks and fake counts. You wouldn't recognise by anyone even though you're working hard. The real issue is salary for new joinee the will mention 16k but you will receive 12k in your account. As the company provide average package .u have to face lot of provoking from seniors and then wil challenge you as u can't take any decision against them. Cause company supports them.so if u need a average package and ready to face abusing then U could choose this company
