1. The fast-paced environment also means the workload can get heavy, sometimes requiring extra work hours that aren't counted as official working hours. This makes the work-life balance challenging at times 2. Review cycles, meant to happen every 6 months, often get delayed. These delays can range from 2-3 months.

Great product that has the potential to grow very soon 5. They are a very small company so all achievements can be easily noticed with the leadership team 6. Job security

1. You cant stick around very long if you're not a hustler 2. Too many changes due to the fast paced growth of the company
