Initially when I started, it seemed to be very good and organised, very well managed. Everything was provided and we just had to deliver our best to the students.

Dislikes

Extremely toxic work culture. They provide late stipends every month and the trainers have to beg for them everytime. They put unnecessary penalties over everything. There is no paid leave, even if you have health emergency, they deduct your payment. Taking more than 1 day off rips you off of all the bonuses you earned. Work Details

It was exhausting. Even though the working hours are flexible, there is no personal professional life boundary for these people and they'll call/text you anytime. If you dont respond (beyond your working hours) they'll put penalties even then.

I am glad for the chance qin1 has provided me to explore my talent of dealing with the educating young children. Working with Qin1 has been an informative and enjoyable experience over the last 6 months or so.

Dislikes

There is no cons, may be little bit time issues. but everything is fantastic.
