No respect from the higher officials to the faculty members. If you ask for maternity leave they would ask you to resign and rejoin. Even in the 9th month of pregnancy they would ask you to come and give letter. For namesake they have mail IDs. During maternity leave also no one would respond to your queries properly. They would prefer language not knowledge. They would not enroll the elders for the job but youngsters. Even the principal and other higher officials never treated with respect. They would not even tell you to sit. They have given more power to the students. They would fire you from the job during maternity period. You should be worrying about it all through your maternity period. But after 2 years they would hold your certificates and tell you to work for notice period or they would ask 3 months salary. No one knows the meaning of the word justice. If you try to approach the higher officials for justice, they all would together make plot very cheaply.
