They have funding problem. 1. Too much salary deduction, They don't follow their own policy. 2. Employees are not aware about HR policy. 3. No upfront travel allowance and reimbursement take months and one have to keep following up for their own money. 4. No PF, Although it is deducted but it not deposited to your PF account. 5. Their commitments towards Incentive are worst. They moment you join, Just forget about Incentives....Read More
