The Company Culture among the employees is OK.

Dislikes

The Company Culture is OK but due to some employees it gets bad. Moreover the Salary is never paid in time. Salary gets delayed by over 20-25 days minimum. And when anyone resigns there last month salary is not even paid. The Travel Allowance is never paid even if it was supposed to be paid on fortnight basis. Sometimes, we have to travel out of City, and work on sundays and Comp Off are provided if we are traveling on Week Offs or Holidays....Read More

Nothing to like about this company. Just gaining good ratings by asking every employee & every client.

Dislikes

Everything!! Be it behaviour with employee , be it culture etc etc. Salary OMG what’s that, they think employees are doing charity for their company, salary credits once after 2-3 months. No bonus, & they give excuse of no sales of the month. I mean how long to operate like this?
