I have worked total 2.5 years without increment and I have worked in pandemic 13 hours per night/day shift for 3 Months without any basic benefit so I got lot of health issues because of 13 hours working shift I have worked only in night shift most of the time Reporting manager also not good

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my career. Full of politics, no personal life, career growth, no support and help from the management. They will revise the salary and designation to lower level after releasing the offer letter. Working hours are more.
