Delayed Salaries-No fixed salary date.. They have money to spend on office parties but dont have it to give to employees.. No appraisals.. Geolocation based app for attendance.. Clueless HR policies which even HR doesnt follows.. Hire & Fire culture.. No Job Security.. Not safe for people having CTC more than 20 LPA..

Dislikes

Worst company to work with. Mgmt treats you like doormat, they can fire you anytime, no job security at all. HR works like dummy, no spine in HR team, Salaries are delayed, bonuses are delayed and frequently not paid. Worst HR policies you can think of.
