Company is having good business potential as it is supplying parts to most of the OEM's and also looking for opportunities in EV batteries segment. 3. Employee retention period is good. 4. Dislikes

1. Transportation facility is for associates only. 2. Canteen charges (breakfast & lunch) are comparatively high. 3. No short leave facility 4. Salary deduction if late coming duration exceeds 60 min in a month. 5. Employee has to pay 100% charges for uniform, shoes, etc.
