Lack of support for interns to learn or grow professionally. Interns are often assigned tasks unrelated to their roles, such as attending unproductive Zoom sessions. Interns are made to perform physical tasks like lifting chairs, which are not part of their job description. Extremely low pay of ₹2,000 per month, which doesn't justify the workload or expectations.
