I would like to say never join pilot industries spatially MDO team .this team is so toxic .reporting manager of this team is Ms Nikita she does cheap politics . You have to do buttering her otherwise she will ruined your employment .their is no professionalism in her team . They don’t have moral . They do bad comments to new employees they make us feel uncomfortable . As a training center its ok but if you went there for long term that's not sustainable.

Unprofessional HR, charlatan promotor, unethical practices. Can think as big lala ki dukaan. Be ready to spoil your personal life. One small example- you have sacrifice a Sunday if you avail two leaves in a week. No mercy at all. HR is doing every thing except HR work. You will be given handsome money but lala will ensure to suck every drop out of you for it. Its not sustainable working there. Company location is b grade like its very own....Read More
