We can balance the work and daily life, As per my opinion in my dep. Managers are very supportive and understand the tough situations as well. Just we have to complete our daily tasks on time . I gave time to my family I go for outings with family colleague s, I can attend my urgent functions. But in officiall hours you have to be there and finish the give task that what my RM required.
