The main challenges I face at Pearl Academy is dealing with the site director's constant yelling and lack of appreciation for good work. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, the director was often involved in office politics, which made it difficult to focus on delivering quality results. Additionally, HR is not a reliable resource, as they often acted manipulatively.
