Poor Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance at Paul Merchant Finance Ltd is severely lacking. The expectations for extended working hours, including weekends, are unrealistic and unsustainable. The relentless workload and pressure to meet targets leave little room for personal time, resulting in high levels of stress and burnout among employees. 2. Office Politics: The office politics at Paul Merchant Finance Ltd are rampant and detrimental to the work environment. Favoritism and nepotism are pervasive, leading to a lack of transparency and fairness in promotions and recognition. Hardworking employees often find their efforts overlooked in favor of those with connections to senior management. 3. Discrimination Issues: Discrimination based on gender, race, and other factors is a significant problem within the company. Despite the company's claims of promoting diversity and inclusion, many employees face unfair treatment and biases.
