I have good experience but i know my managers give mentally pressure to fight with him and he succeed and don't give me experience letter I have work 7month still now and I have some medical issue bcoz my health is not well right now so i want 15days off but manager told me if you going home than i dont give you leave if you give resign I will Accept than i give my resign that time and my manager play with me and don't give me experience letter and though me out..i dont expect.jo v hota hai ache ke liye.
